Eddie Lopez is the Founder, Owner, and President of National Concrete Preservation (NCP). Mr. Lopez has 25 years of experience in construction and restoration.
Mr. Lopez began his career working for his father's company preserving concrete structures, with a primary focus on high rise buildings. In 2001, his vision to start his own company, specializing in concrete restoration and strengthening came to fruition. He began with a small crew, ultimately growing to be one of the largest and most reputable restoration companies in South Florida.
Mr. Lopez's motto and model is safety first! He ensures that all NCP employees are properly trained, qualified, attend mandatory annual education workshops, and are certified up to current industry standards. He arms his employees with quality communication skills and excellent customer service, preserving the integrity of his company
Mr. Lopez continues to enrich himself in areas of concrete repair, post tensioning, and concrete restoration through certification/ re-certification processes and technical programs. Throughout his 25 years in the construction business he has developed numerous and valued relationships with companies and industry decision makers.
During the beginning stages of the 2007 recession, Mr. Lopez reorganized and navigated NCP through the recession to become strong and financially sound. NCP continues to consistently secure high-profile contracts in Florida and remains an industry leader.
Today NCP is an award winning company and continues to set the benchmark in the concrete restoration industry.

National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
