  Rodolfo "Rudy" Diaz, Senior Project Manager / Sales Manager

Rodolfo (Rudy) Diaz joined National Concrete Preservation as a Senior Project Manager and Sales Representative in 2007. He is responsible for overseeing all of the company's project managers; he coordinates work efforts and reviews work performed to ensure successful, timely completion of projects.

He performs a variety of tasks that also include but are not limited to:
  • Project scheduling.
  • Field staff supervision.
  • Analyzes production problems and recommends solutions.
  • Produces all AIA documentation including payment applications.
  • Assists with personnel promotions, transfers and hires.
  • Handles client issues and resolves problems to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assists in the production of continuing education courses in the concrete restoration and property management industries.
  • Assists in sales presentations.
Mr. Diaz holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and is certified in Post-Tensioning and is trained in the latest concrete restoration methods including fiber-reinforced polymer strengthening (FRP).

In addition to working in the construction industry for most of his life, Mr. Diaz worked as an engineer for Florida Power & Light and has been a project manager for several prominent companies throughout his career.

During his tenure at NCP he has worked on many high-profile jobs that include: The Old Historic Miami Beach City Hall, The Bentley Bay, El Dorado Towers, Arlen Beach Condominiums, the 5600 Building, The Caribbean, The Miami Airport Marriott, Miami Dade College, The Hemispheres, The Warwick Condominiums, and The Renaissance II. His management and supervision has been instrumental in ensuring that these jobs were completed in a timely and efficient manner and he has been largely responsible for NCP's success as a leader in the concrete restoration industry.

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy

National Concrete educates all its employees in safety, quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the construction industry in accordance with our member organizations. We use only OSHA approved and maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA safety certification program.
