Stephanie Lopez, Financial Coordinator

Stephanie Lopez started with National Concrete Preservation (NCP) in 2005 as a Financial Coordinator.
She records all financial transactions and generates revenue/expense analyses. She creates financial reports and ensures information has been recorded accurately. Ms. Lopez also
performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts She reports directly to the CFO of NCP. Working under the guidance of the CFO, Juan Duarte, she helped navigate
the company through the recent economic down-turn, including the implementation of NCP's financial restructuring program.
Ms. Lopez was born into the construction business; she began her career working for her father's painting, waterproofing and restoration company as an administrative assistant. After
working for her father, she began working for her brother Eddie Lopez, Owner/ Proprietor of NCP. Ms. Lopez is proud to serve as a crucial part of a family owned business She holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and is currently awaiting enrollment into their Master's Program with the goal of acquiring her MBA.

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy
National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
