National Concrete Preservation is a turn-key restoration company that specializes in catering to large industrial facilities, commercial high-rise buildings and condominiums, historic landmarks, and bridges. We are a specialty contractor that uses state-of-the-art products and methods for repairing and preserving the life of concrete and masonry structures.

Work on the Collins Avenue Condominium was completed in November 2009 and spanned most areas of the complex.

  The Royal Club Condominiums
Budget: $4 Million (est.)


Major structural restoration of an 18 story Post-Tension Cable (PTC) Structural Concrete building. The structure was designed and is operated as a Condominium community with enclosed parking garage structure. Originally constructed in the 1980's, this PTC structure exhibited extensive corrosion damage requiring major slab and cable replacement. Restoration included the following areas: Balconies - Over 80% replacement of slabs; replacement of reinforcement and glass railings. Doors and windows throughout the structure, parking deck spall repairs, pool deck waterproofing and restoration including pool repairs and refinishing.
