Major structural restoration of an 18 story Post-Tension Cable (PTC) Structural Concrete building. The structure was designed and is operated as a Condominium community with enclosed parking garage structure. Originally constructed in the 1980's, this PTC structure exhibited extensive corrosion damage requiring major slab and cable replacement. Restoration included the following areas: Balconies - Over 80% replacement of slabs; replacement of reinforcement and glass railings. Doors and windows throughout the structure, parking deck spall repairs, pool deck waterproofing and restoration including pool repairs and refinishing. Job Start/End Date: May 2009 - Fall 2010 (est.)
