Eddie Lopez is the esteemed Founder, Owner, and President of National Concrete Preservation (NCP). With 25 years of invaluable experience in construction and restoration, Mr. Lopez initially honed his craft within his father’s company, specializing in preserving concrete structures, primarily focusing on high-rise buildings. In 2001, fueled by his vision to establish his enterprise dedicated to concrete restoration and reinforcement, he founded NCP. Commencing with a modest team, he has since cultivated the company into one of the most reputable and largest restoration companies in South Florida.

Mr. Lopez’s ethos revolves around prioritizing safety above all else. He ensures that all NCP employees undergo comprehensive training, hold the necessary qualifications, attend mandatory annual educational workshops, and are certified to meet current industry standards. Equipping his staff with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, Mr. Lopez upholds the integrity of his company.

Continuing to enrich his knowledge in concrete repair, post-tensioning, and concrete restoration, Mr. Lopez actively engages in certification and re-certification processes and technical programs. Throughout his extensive tenure in the construction industry, he has fostered numerous valuable relationships with prominent companies and decision-makers.

Amid the initial stages of the 2007 recession, Mr. Lopez adeptly restructured and navigated NCP through the tumultuous economic landscape, ensuring its resilience and financial stability. Today, NCP stands as an award-winning company, setting the benchmark in the concrete restoration industry.

Joining National Concrete Preservation as a Senior Project Manager and Sales Representative in 2007, Rodolfo “Rudy” Diaz assumes responsibility for overseeing all of the company’s project managers, coordinating work efforts, and meticulously reviewing project execution to ensure timely and successful completion. His multifaceted role encompasses a spectrum of tasks, including project scheduling, field staff supervision, analysis of production issues with corresponding solutions, and the production of all AIA documentation, including payment applications.

Moreover, Mr. Diaz actively contributes to personnel management, handling promotions, transfers, and new hires while adeptly addressing client concerns and resolving issues to guarantee customer satisfaction. Instrumental in producing continuing education courses within the concrete restoration and property management industries, he also lends his expertise to sales presentations.

Mr. Diaz holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami, with certifications in Post-Tensioning and training in the latest concrete restoration methodologies, including fiber-reinforced polymer strengthening (FRP). Alongside his extensive experience in the construction industry, he previously served as an engineer for Florida Power & Light and has assumed project management roles for several renowned companies throughout his career.

His invaluable contributions to NCP encompass an array of prestigious projects, including The Old Historic Miami Beach City Hall, The Bentley Bay, El Dorado Towers, Arlen Beach Condominiums, the 5600 Building, The Caribbean, The Miami Airport Marriott, Miami Dade College, The Hemispheres, The Warwick Condominiums, and The Renaissance II. Through his exceptional management and supervision, these projects were completed with commendable efficiency, significantly contributing to NCP’s position as a front-runner in the concrete restoration industry.
